If data is missing, LSS can add it.
If it is incorrect or needs to be updated, escalate. This applies to organizations as well, we cannot make adjustments to this field.
This also applies if a user requests to have the language on their account changed.
This does NOT apply to Error Messages, please see 'User Not Found' Error Message or "Login ID Entered Is Inactive" Error Message SRs where applicable.
