WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

Users may access the site in 2 ways.

1- Username/password via https://pcltraining.jcitraininginstitute.com.


2- SSO via the Navigator Application https://www.hvacnavigator.com/.


WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

1. If using the Username/Password, we can reset their password.

2. If they are using SSO, we cannot reset their SSO password. they'd need to go to the Navigator Help Desk to have it reset. Contact for the Navigator Help Desk can be found on the Navigator Application Home Page. Alternatively, they could try logging in using option 1 and we could reset their pw that way.
